I just wanted to share a cute little project with you that I has been published in the last :( issue of Scrap Art Zine. Obviously I had to wait until the magazine was released but now I can finally share it with you: my wedding invitation!

I created the hubby and me on a 8×8″ canvas!!! Lots of paper, paint and rubons!!!

I scanned the canvas into Photoshop and added the important details on our wedding (e.g. place, time and date). I then sent it off to the printer and got my 6″ wedding invitations delivered to my door a few days later. How cute are they?

Have you ever turned any of your projects into mass production???

See you all on Saturday ;)

Hello Janine!! LOOOOOOVE THIS SOOOOO MUCH, WHAT A CUTE IDEA FOR INVITATIONS!! This came out beautifully!!

I read thru your last posts, not sure how I missed them. LOVE THEM and will come back later to watch video. THE one word “breathe” is soooooo cool, those splatters are gorgeous!

ooohhh wow baby names, really!! I’m into names so much, love thinking of names.

here are the boy names I never got to use:
    Shane Douglas
    Edward Douglas
    Ryan Ethan
    Ethan Ryan
    Oliver James
    Jackson Larry
    Jack
    Jake
Hope those help a little. I also like when you make up your own names to go with both parents, like adding names from the family and or places you’ve been, or city names.

I especially like middle names too and usually make those part of the family members names. have fun playing with a few names then when you meet that little sweet baby and see his face the right name will be in your heart.

So glad your painting and having fun again, keep it coming!! LOVE AND HUGS

Nice project, love the idea and how you’ve done it.
I’m constantly looking for new ways how to use my collages. Latest was coffee mugs with print of my collage, but I have done pendants, earrings, notebooks..
